Big shout out to my amazing client Charlotte who has managed to lose 6.3kg and 29cm’s off her overall measurements in only 4 weeks 👏👏
Her dedication is inspiring, not only has she been training with me but she’s made time to smash out some boxing/ circuit classes too, getting her steps up and focusing on nutrition eating super clean…… she’s even been sending me pics of her meals 😍. Charlotte has been putting in the work outside of the gym and staying consistent…….it’s paying off.

The key to weight loss is tracking your nutrition, you can’t guess the calories and once you do start tracking your cals you’ll be surprised how much is in certain foods that you thought were healthy. My Fitness Pal app is a great tool to use to help you get started with tracking, and you can even scan your barcodes and meals for ease.
